Out for drinks and smoked meat , up fer a plane ride at 8:30 . It's time for an apple .

Montreal , PQ . If you're ever on St. Laurent and see yourself in a shop window and think out loud , ' Jesus , I look like sh*t ' . Just stroll into the Toula Salon right south of Sherbrooke . She is a Greek Stylist who knows her arm from her Elba . She's terrific . Worked wonders.

Ottawa tonight. Expecting hot and heavy at the New Capital . Especially if the Senators win down there in Jersey . I can hear the Yankee anthem somewhere in the hotel so dat's my cue .
